Pokemon should just make a starter deck of like Mother Gengar and sell it for $30 dollars and they are set, and there parents won't mind it because it is just like a new DS game for them. I just think kids shouldn't have to spend hundreds of dollars just to have fun. I just like pieceing together decks with what I got from over the year and not conforming to the decks where you go to the card shop and buy all 60 of our cards there for $150 dollars when I could spend that much four months and have 3 different decks to use that are all somewhat competitive. Today I still play like that because I don't feel that it is necessary to buy certain cards in order to win. You could also look for a hobby or gaming store. I would try to put together decks with what I had and they would be different. Search for a Pokmon trading card game forum online, and post a picture or description of your card for advice. I woudl pull some energies and maybe a trainer and a couple of basics and maybe like a Mewtwo or Kabutops. I remember going to Walmart and spending whatever money I saved up in a week or two and buying two or three packs. I started playing with Base set and cards were even expensive then. I say Pokemon should lower there prices by like 50% because then it is not unreasonable to get cards needed to put a deck together. I also think Pokemon is more kid intended so parents shouldn't have to spen hundreds sof dollars just for there kids to have 60 cards when they could spend a dollar for a pack of 52 playing cards. I just like playing Pokemon as a nice way to relax and have fun. I don't have a job because I don't have my Liscense for a few more months, and I don't have an allowance.
